The Tutong District Office Enforcement Unit has issued a compound fine on a company for violating the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021, Chapter 30.

SYARIKAT MS ABDUR RAHMAN Sendirian Berhad was issued a compound fine of BND2,000 for dumping construction waste at the Sri Aman Complex, Tutong car park area. If in default within seven days from the date the compound is issued, the company will be brought to court.

The public, and owners of companies and business premises are reminded to always maintain environmental cleanliness, especially in business premises and public areas by not littering, dumping or leaving any type of garbage in public places.
